Prepare dinner for everyone in the modern kitchen, fully-appointed and outfitted for the most discerning chef! New Quartz counter-tops, a separate pantry, Cuisinart 12-cup and Single-Serve Coffee Maker, a 8-person Dining Table and additional breakfast bar, with seating for 5, you'll (almost) never want to leave the house!
There's plenty of room around the sectional sofa! So gather around the 65' flat-screen TV for family time. The Coastal decor creates the perfect back-drop, and open-plan will mean that you'll always have plenty of space! Alternatively, there are Roku Smart-TV's in every bedroom, so no fighting over remotes on this vacation! Enjoy access to multiple streaming options, including Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, HBO Max, children's programming, sports and news. (BYO Passwords)
The First floor porch comes complete with seating for two for relaxing, day or night.
Also on the first floor, you'll find a set of full-size High-Efficiency Washer/Dryer. Down the hall from the kitchen is a HALF Bath.

Maximum occupancy is 12, no exceptions. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.
We DO NOT permit the following at any time:
NO smoking or vaping of any kind.
NO fireworks.
NO parties.
NO Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in "The Blue Marlin" at Santa Rosa Beach on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations may also result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
*Signed rental agreement is required in order to book.
A $750 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items.
*Must be 25 to book. Primary guest must be present.
Violation of any house rule will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.
*Please note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the beach house entrance. They are activated 24/7 and record video and sound.
*Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. Additionally, Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds. In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, our pool may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We can not guarantee the availability of the pool. We highly recommend travel insurance.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Hello there! We're Brian and Aimee, and we've been lucky enough to call North Texas home since 2004! Originally hailing from the sunny Tampa, Florida area, we've built a wonderful life here with our four beautiful daughters, two amazing son-in-laws, and one adorable granddaughter. As we gear up to be empty nesters, we've found our happy place in the laid-back charm of Santa Rosa Beach.
